Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to future paid GingerCat plans or one-time purchases.

Beta period

GingerCat is currently preparing its first public release. If no paid plan is active, there is no charge to refund.

Paid purchases

For future paid purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if GingerCat does not work as described and we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.

Subscriptions

For future subscriptions, you may cancel future renewals at any time. Refunds for renewal payments may be reviewed case by case when requested soon after renewal.

Abuse and exceptions

We may decline refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent or unrelated to product functionality. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply in your location.
