Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using GingerCat and paid Pro access.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the conversations, files and destinations you choose to export. Do not use GingerCat to export content you are not allowed to store or share.
Account and Pro access
Starter local exports remain available without a GingerCat account. Account sign-in is used for Pro access, cloud destination features and subscription management.
Pro subscription
GingerCat Pro is offered as an annual subscription and a monthly subscription. Annual Pro renews yearly unless canceled. Monthly Pro renews monthly unless canceled. Product name, billing period and unit price shown on this website should match the checkout page before purchase.
Cancellation and subscription-management links are available through your GingerCat account when supported by Creem and through checkout emails. Canceling renewal keeps paid access active until the end of the already paid billing period unless a full refund, chargeback, dispute or Creem action ends access earlier.
Cloud destinations
Google Docs, Notion and Obsidian exports require separate authorization or local file handling. Local exports remain available without a GingerCat account.
Refunds and support
Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. Contact [email protected] with your checkout email and order reference when asking about billing or refunds. A full refund normally ends Pro access for the refunded purchase.
Changes
We may update the product, limits or terms as GingerCat evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this website.
