Use a simple Notion structure

Create or choose a page for AI research, then send useful exports there. A simple structure works best: project, source chat, date, question, answer and follow-up tasks.

Keep Notion export honest

Notion is good for searchable notes and project memory. It is not always the best place for every original file or protected provider image. When an asset cannot be safely loaded by Notion, keep a local PDF, DOCX or Markdown export as the record.

For sensitive work, review the Notion page before sharing it with a team. Remove prompts, private context or files that do not belong in the workspace.

Use local files as the fallback

Even when the Notion workflow is convenient, local PDF, DOCX and Markdown files give you a stable copy outside the workspace. That matters for client archives and long-term records.
